Mount Warning (Wollumbin)
Mount Warning has been a constant part of our lives, our view and our photography since we moved to our home in Uki in late 2001. We have endeavoured to capture and share the everchanging subtleties of weather, light and time of day and through this to reveal something of the great spirit and energy of this wonderful mountain.
Geologically, Mount Warning is the central eroded lava plug of the largest shield volcano in the Southern Hemisphere. It has been a sacred place for many clans of the Bundjalung people for thousands of years.
